Here you will be able to pay the £400 deposit for damages.


By paying the deposit you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


1. You are responsible to take-away waste created during the event and shall not endanger access/egress to our building by placing overflowing waste bags in their vicinities.
The suppliers must take-away any waste/waste bag and will be charged a disposal fee if any wastebags remain at Forty Hall Estate after the hire.

2. No naked flames are permitted in the Forty Hall venues, only electrical equipment is allowed.

3. Any repairs required as a result of damage to the premises and
or equipment caused by the caterer and their staff will be deducted from the caterer’s deposit.

4.You must provide the following documents:
- Public liability insurance
- A Food Hygiene Certificate at least level 2 for handling food
-A Food Hygiene Rating Certificate at least level 3

5. No equipment is provided by the venue. That includes bin-bags, brooms, sprays.

6. You won't have access to a kitchen, there is only a storage room that can be used as a prep room (if hired).

7. You won't have access to a cleaning facilities apart from a sink to wash your hands. However we can provide water for your urns.
